Your name and summaries of the amount of exercise you reported over a time period may be visible to others, and FitMI organizers may use your contact information from time to time in order to communicate with you about FitMI and your participation.
Responding to communication from a FitMI organizer, you may be disclosing additional information to that organizer than is contained in your registration.
Other detailed information will be held in strict confidence and will be used for purposes of creating statistical summaries and for sampling the overall data collected. Summary information may be used to show others where they stand in some population of FitMI participants, but personal information (other than your name) will not appear on these summaries.
FitMI reserves the right to request additional information from you from time to time as needed for recognition of achievements and for additional statistical background about participants
